LINEARFLOW RANGE
The Light Projects LinearFlow range creates a homogeneous, unbroken linear light which can be flexed vertically, horizontally or in some cases both! It is rated up to IP68 (5m) so can be used for interior, exterior and underwater applications. A diverse range of LED options are available to provide endless effects and allow specifiers to create spectacular scenes in any public, private or commercial location. - White LEDs in 2200K, 2700K, 3000K, 3500K, 4000K or 5700K with three colour rendering index options: CRI 80+, CRI 90+, CRI 95+

LINEARFLOW AQUA

LINEARFLOW AQUA is a high-performance flexible LED strip designed for architectural lighting, delivering seamless, continuous lines of light with excellent uniformity, efficiency, and visual comfort. Encapsulated in a durable silicone jacket, it offers strong weather resistance, UV stability, and long-term reliability for interior, exterior, and underwater use.
With protection ratings of up to IP68, it is suitable for permanent underwater installation in swimming pools up to 5 metres deep and is compatible with fresh water, salt water and spring water applications.
Available in 6W/m, 9W/m, 12W/m, and 15W/m power options, and with colour rendering from CRI Ra 80 to Ra 95+, the range provides flexibility in achieving the right balance of output, efficiency, and colour quality. Delivering up to 850 lm/m, it supports both subtle architectural detailing and more dynamic lighting effects.
The 6W/m version is suitable for sauna applications, operating in ambient temperatures of up to 110°C, ensuring reliable performance in high-heat environments.

Technology
LEDBar Contour incorporates a number of innovative technical features that boost performance and reliability.

PinBoost™
The core technology of the PinBoost™ is to place reinforced components on both sides of the SMD LED, effectively mitigating damage to SMT LEDs on the FPCB due to external forces caused by incorrect bending and distortion.

DryWire™
When electrical products are used outdoors or in high humidity environment for a long time, they can be affected by the wire capillarity effect whereby water and moisture slowly penetrate the inside of electrical equipment from the conducting wire, which will lead to equipment short circuit damage.
The core technology of the DryWire is designed to block the passage of water and moisture into the fitting and protect it from water ingress through conducting wire.

V-Optic™
The LED flex linear light with FPCB normally can only be bent up and down against the light surface. To achieve horizontal bending, FPCB will be placed vertically inside but with low brightness, or mounted with side emitting LEDs but the light source’s options are limited and high cost.
The core technology of the V-Optic™ is a unique internal reflection angle design and reflective material formulation, which maximises lumen output with general SMT LEDs and controls the colour temperature shift of the light.

Insulfit™
Traditional light strip and neon light adopt a stranded wire as a conductor and use inserted pins as the input Connector. Glue and plastic heat-shrink tube enables the Connector to be waterproof but too many failures had demonstrated this kind of Connector’s high risk of water ingress issues, especially for exterior use.
The core technology of the Insulfit™ is to integrate mechanical design and the use of water-repellent chemicals. By assembling the mechanical Connector to squeeze the special formula silicone gasket coated with sealing silicone grease, the light end is hermetically sealed.

TwinFlex™
In recent years, FPCB has been introduced into the flexible linear light as a conductor, along with SMT technology development, which improve the
production efficiency of LED flexible linear light and extend the product’s function, while also limiting the development of LED flexible linear light due to its flexibility.
The TwinFlex™ technology integrates FPCB with a copper belt. This pioneering technology dramatically improves the performance of these kind of products, including reinforced mechanical strength, enhanced heat dissipation, broadened Connector pin connection and augmented conductor with duplex circuit transmission to increase current carrying capacity and reduce voltage drop.

C-Mask™ PVC
UV rays can damage the chemical structure of plastic material lighting product and dust can accumulate on the surface of the product when used in an exterior environment. If the surface is not cleaned regularly, the absorbed dust will affect the brightness and colour of the product.
C-Mask™ (PVC) technology creates a seamless bond on the top surface of PVC LED flexible linear light that is water-repellent and which will protect the surface from UV, dirt, corrosion and decay, thus enabling an overall consistent illumination and prolonged lifespan in exterior applications.
C-Mask™ Silicone
Dust can accumulate on the surface of the plastic material lighting product in exterior environment due to weather conditions. If the surface is not cleaned regularly, the absorbed dust will affect the brightness and colour of the product.
The technology of the C-Mask™(Silicone) decreases friction and static electricity of the fitting’s top surface, which protects the surface from dirt and scratching thereby improving the appearance and prolonging the fitting’s lifespan in exterior applications.

LINEARFLOW FACADE

LINEARFLOW FACADE is a high-performance flexible linear lighting solution designed for façade illumination and architectural accent lighting. Delivering continuous, uniform lines of light in a range of colours and output levels, it enhances building features with precision and elegance.
Individual optical lenses provide a controlled, focused beam, making it ideal for wall washing and highlighting architectural details. The highly flexible profile can be bent both vertically and horizontally, allowing for seamless integration with curved surfaces and complex building geometries.
Manufactured from a durable, high-performance silicone material, LEDBAR CONTOUR FACADE offers exceptional weatherproofing, UV resistance, and a wide operating temperature range. Technology
The LinearFlow Facade is a Wall Washer that follows and conforms seamlessly to the contour of every corner and curved surface, dispensing a uniform and smooth wash of light without adding scallops and light spills on the surface.

Linearflow InGround is an innovative in-ground lighting solution designed for high-traffic environments and areas exposed to water. By seamlessly integrating an LED strip, silicone diffuser and metal raceway profile into a single system, it delivers exceptional durability, waterproof performance and impact resistance.
To suit a variety of installation requirements, Linearflow InGround is available in four channel options:
- Flexible Stainless Steel Channel – rated for drive-over loads up to 2.5 tonnes
- Aluminium Channel – suitable for pedestrian traffic (walk-over applications)
- 2 mm Stainless Steel Channel – rated for drive-over loads up to 7 tonnes
- 3 mm Stainless Steel Channel – rated for drive-over loads up to 30 tonnes
